I was admittedly very late to the game when it comes to smart home adaptation. It’s mostly because I’ve never loved the idea of my devices listening to me, but also because the benefits never felt worth the extra spend. Last Christmas, the Ikea FADO spherical table lamp was at the top of my wish list for a family gift exchange.
